Implant Megagen Anyridge, inserat intr-o creasta atrofica, de 6,5mm latime. Simple anyridge implant placement, with bone expansion and CTG to compensate the 6,5mm bone crest.

Creasta osoasa concava, din cauza timpului indelungat scurs de la extractie.

Expansiune osoasa pt a putea insera implantul. Bone expansion completed and implant inserted 1mm subcrestal 
Grefa de tesut conjunctiv pt stabilizarea tesuturilor. CTG fixed to the flap
Sutura finala.
Control la 6 saptamani. 6 weeks follow-up
